I Need A Really Good Vacation Idea?

I am hoping for some vacation ideas, first week of December. I like the mountains, love the beach, love seafood, low activity oriented ideas are good, romantic is good, hate crowds, want to stay away from politically dangerous areas, all keeping it below $3k for two. Any ideas?
